Processing time-frame:

Please allow 5-7 business days for any given order to be processed, with the acceptation of 1-4 additional business days during high volume sale periods (i.e. new item releases). Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.

 

Delivery time-frame:

Please allow up to 3-5 business days within the U.S. or 7-21 business days Internationally for your order to be delivered, after your order has been shipped. 

Tracking is available at checkout for an additional price for orders that do not meet the automated fulfillment weight for domestic orders only.

Moonwave is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected.

 All sales are final. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your purchase. This includes your name, address, and contents within your order. Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the items in your order.

Moonwave reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel your order for any reason.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you may not cancel or change the contents of your order once it has been finalized and confirmed.

Stickers are non-refundable, however, if you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent upon request.
